1. Ensure that your Outlook client is closed. 

2. In the search bar on the bottom left of your screen type Control Panel. 

3. Change the view to Small Icons and Click Mail.

4. A new window will open. In this window, click Show Profiles. 

5. From the list of profiles, select the profile you would like to remove and click Remove and then click OK.
