1. Open Outlook
2. Click the down arrow on the Groups tab located on the left pane
3. Select your teams shared mailbox
4. On your Outlook toolbar, click Group Settings
5. Under the Follow in Inbox section, please choose "All Email and Events" option
6. Please send a test message to the group to see if you receive it.
