Start every request for hardware by emailing support.request@seo-usa.org, this will create a ticket, inform the help desk of what is needed, and provide more information on next steps (including any codes or instructions).

Using the LocknCharge hardware cabinet to retrieve hardware
The LocknCharge cabinet is in the NYC office on the 6th floor across from the kitchen (outside office 6.931 / 6.932).
- Once a ticket is created, the help desk will make sure the hardware is available, generate a one-time unique code that they will share with you via the ticket.
- Enter your code into the LocknCharge cabinet number pad. If correctly entered the bay door that houses your hardware will open. If you requested a laptop or iPad you will have to unplug it from its power source within the cabinet.
- Take the charger with you.
- If you close the bay door before removing everything you need you will need another code to reopen it.
- Once you retrieve the hardware and charger please respond to the ticket confirming you have them. The help desk will issue a new code to return the hardware and charger.
- We ask that you not leave the building with loaner devices (unless otherwise instructed).
Using the LocknCharge hardware cabinet to return hardware
The LocknCharge cabinet is in the NYC office on the 6th floor across from the kitchen (outside office 6.931 / 6.932).
- Use the return code you were given to open the bay door, reconnect the charger to the device, and close the door to lock it again.
- Reply to the corresponding ticket letting the help desk know that you have returned the hardware so that they can service it and close the ticket.
