To integrate a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account on a BlackBerry 10 smartphone, complete the following steps:

1. On the home screen, Swipe Down from the top bezel and select Settings.

2. Select Accounts > Add Account > Email, Calendar and Contacts

3. Enter your SEO Email Address and click Next.

4. Enter your Computer Password and click Next.

The BlackBerry smartphone Auto-Discover client will attempt to use the Auto-Discover service of the Microsoft Exchange Server to get all of the requisite server and synchronization settings.

*If the Auto-Discover service is not accessible (Microsoft Exchange 2003 does not have Auto-Discover) or Auto-Discover response is not understood by smartphone, use the advanced setup as described below to complete the setup.

Advanced Setup 

1. On the home screen, Swipe Down from the top bezel and select Settings.

2. Select Accounts > Add Account > Advanced > Microsoft Exchange Active Sync

3. Enter the username: \\jdoe@seo-usa.org

4. Enter your SEO Email Address in the Email Address field.

5. Enter your Computer Password in the Password field. 

6. Enter the server address: https:\\outlook.office365.com

7. Enter the Port Number in the Port field.

Note:

*Default OWA Server Addresses are in the format of https:\\outlook.office365.com

*The Default Ports for OWA are 80 and 443.
