Please note there are 2 ways of shipping laptops back to SEO NY office. It's assumed that an off-boarding ticket or a laptop replacement /repair ticket was already open via support.request@seo-usa.org.
I. If associate has a box in good condition and packing material
(1) Associate will provide box dimensions to IT Service Desk tech handling system off-boarding ticket or laptop replacement /repair ticket. In addition, sender's phone # and address is needed.
(2) IT Service Desk tech will create a Fedex shipping label and send via email (ticket) a pdf version of it.
(3) Associate will print and attach label to shipping box, ensure laptop is securely packed and remove / hide any previous shipping labels.
(4) Associate will drop off package at nearest Fedex / Kinko's location; and email back the Fedex tracking # to the IT Service Desk tech handling ticket.
