Please note that these instructions are applied to each browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Example: If you launch the Chrome browser and go through the Okta login process, then open another browser like Edge, you will need to login and go through the authentication process again. This does not apply to updated MacOS machines because they shared authentication tokens between browsers.
There are three methods to log into your Zoom application and some helpful links at the end:
1. Preferred Login Method - from the https://SEO.OKTA.com login page.

To begin the login process, go to your Okta portal (https://SEO.OKTA.com) and enter your username (this will be your email address). |

Next you be prompted for password. If you don’t know your password, please click on the “Back to sign in” link and go to the “Need help signing in?” link to reset your password. |

Once your password has been verified, you will either be prompted for a second factor as part of your MFA policy or asked to register for a factor. If asked for a second factor, you should use the preferred more secure method of Okta Verify as opposed to SMS. Once you are logged into Okta you will see a dashboard similar to the one shown below. From here you will click on the Zoom Application tile to launch the Zoom Console. |

Okta will then use Single Sign On (SSO) to log you into Zoom without requiring you to sign in with a username and password. |

Once you have been authenticated by Okta Verify, you will be logged into the Zoom console. |
2. Second Login Method - Log directly into Zoom using the organization's custom domain URL.

If you have not yet logged into Okta or any other SSO application, open a browser like Chrome and in the URL address bar enter in the following address. This will take you to the custom Zoom sign in page as shown below. From this login page you should click on the “Sign In” button, which will redirect you to the Okta sign on page. |

From this Okta sign on page, you will follow the same steps as mentioned above in method one. You will enter in your credentials and verify your account using an Okta MFA prompt (Okta Verify). |

3. Third Login Method - Log directly into Zoom using the organization's custom URL but with non-SSO credentials (Zoom cloud user - non SEO user).

If you have not yet logged into Okta or any other SSO application, open a browser like Chrome and in the URL address bar enter in the following address. This will take you to the custom Zoom sign in page as shown below. From here you can select to login with your non-SSO credentials into the username and password fields. **Note – there is also an optional SSO button that will take you to another page, asking for the Company Domain. For this, you would enter “seousa” which will redirect you to the Okta login page. |
